Mrs. Brodman’s and Mrs. Miller’s first grade classes took a fall nature walk to Little Hedges yesterday to explore using their 5 senses. They made observations using 4 of the 5 senses at the park, then were able to taste some fall-inspired items (apple c***r and donuts) when we returned to the classroom!

Calvert High School, a Catholic co-educational academy and high school in Tiffin, Ohio, is seeking a Science teacher for the 2027-28 academic year. Teaching responsibilities may include Science courses starting at the Academy, grade 6 level through high school.

Successful candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree. Interested candidates must successfully pass the required background check and Program for Child and Youth Protection prior to employment and maintain a satisfactory background check throughout employment. What an incredible way to close out the school week!

Today, our Academy & High School gathered for a powerful Eucharistic Procession through the hallways and into the gym, bringing the True Presence of Our Lord into the very heart of our school, followed by a sacred time of Eucharistic Adoration.

Praying that the grace of this day sets our students' hearts on fire with love for Christ! ✝️

Our kindergarten students enjoyed their first Mass on Thursday! What a special milestone as they begin their journey of growing in faith and learning about the Catholic traditions that make Calvert so special.

Hands-on lab work is underway this week: AP Chemistry is executing acid-base titrations, and Biology is busy isolating DNA from strawberries.

In Social Studies, our 3rd Graders learned all about fads, supply and demand, and why trends come and go. They brought in their favorite Needohs and squishies, compared them with friends, and even made our own!

Learning is always more fun when it is hands-on!
