Do you love helping students find their voice, build independence, and experience success? North Central Ohio ESC is seeking a caring, patient, energetic, and collaborative Student Aide to join our team at the Brubaker Building in Tiffin, Ohio!
At Brubaker, we provide educational services to middle school, high school, and transition-age students with autism, social communication needs, and other developmental disabilities who reside at the Tiffin Developmental Center.
This isn't your typical classroom—our team focuses on hands-on learning, positive behavior supports, and helping students develop communication, functional academic, social, and daily living skills.
What We’re Looking For:
Patience, positivity, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
Someone who understands that behavior and communication come in many forms and meets students where they are.
Comfort in providing hands-on learning support, positive behavior support, and assisting with personal care/hygiene and mobility as needed.
A true team player ready to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to celebrate every milestone!
Prior experience working with students with intensive needs is valuable, but compassion, heart, and a ready-to-learn attitude matter most!
