Last week, Seneca CEO visited Financial Design Agency, an investor in our program that helps others plan and invest in their future. From small sacrifices and understanding 401(k)s to the power of first impressions, communication, and taking that first step, we learned that success starts with the choices we make today.

Our biggest takeaway? You don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to take action, put yourself out there, and keep moving forward.

Thank you, Financial Design Agency, for investing in our community, our ideas and our futures!

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the financial side of entrepreneurship—from SBA loans and credit to fraud prevention and the importance of managing money wisely.

We learned the importance of being prepared, knowing your numbers, asking questions, building relationships, and finding good advisors who have your back.

These are the real-world lessons that make Seneca CEO more than a classroom experience.

Thank you Brody Fultz and Blake Kime at Sutton Bank for investing in our future entrepreneurs!

So much to ponder after hearing from Kevin Mackey, Commissioner of the Ohio Founders League—from embracing failure and learning along the way to staying persistent, putting in the work, and not being afraid to start.

Our biggest takeaway? Success isn’t about never failing—it’s about what you do next. That's the CEO mindset!

Thank you to Tiffin University for inviting us to be part of this inspiring conversation! 🙌

Yesterday's visit to Vaughn Industries showed us that there’s more than one path to success—from hands-on learning and paid apprenticeships to teamwork, safety, and finding work you truly love. Investing in people creates a stronger future for everyone.

Thank you, Megan, Bobby and the Vaughn Industries team, for showing our Seneca CEO students what’s possible when education meets opportunity!
