The Tiffin University Drone Academy was proud to provide drone training in Waterville, Ohio. It was a great opportunity to work with public safety professionals as they continue expanding their knowledge and exploring the capabilities of drone technology. Great kickoff today at Tiffin University as we hosted the first meeting of the Ohio Law Enforcement Drone Association chapter through the Tiffin University Drone Academy. We appreciated Dr. Peter J Holbrook, Provost and COO of Tiffin University, and Sheriff Fred Stevens of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office taking time to welcome everyone to Tiffin University and Seneca County.

It is great to have the support of both our Provost and the chief law enforcement officer of the county behind this effort. Their commitment to collaboration, public safety, and strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies makes a real difference as we continue to build and give back to the communities we serve.

This was a strong start with one shared mission to keep advancing collaboration, public safety, and law enforcement drone operations across Ohio. Bringing agencies together like this is what helps move the work forward in a meaningful way.
