Incorrect pH of your nutrient solution can result in deficiencies in your plants and unsatisfactory results. This chart illustrates how your pH levels can affect various plant nutrients and their uptake at different pH ranges.

When growing fast flowering annuals in hydro systems using soilless media such as rockwool or clay pellets, a pH range between 5.5-6.2 is the sweet spot for highest nutrient availability and highest plant uptake. For coco, it’s between 5.8-6.2. For soil, keep pH between 6.2-6.7.
