Two and a half years ago, Floyd came to Leading Edge PPG as a brand new foot launch student. Alexis and I had the opportunity to teach him how to fly his first paramotor.

Today, the roles were reversed, Floyd was flying me around after earning his USPPA Introductory Tandem Instructor (ITI) rating!

It’s pretty damn cool watching a student go from his first flights to becoming a tandem rated pilot.

Congrats, Floyd! Well earned, my friend. 🤘🪂

Not all glider inspections are the same.

Airworthiness inspections evaluate your glider’s overall condition. Performance and geometry inspections include precise line measurements and corrections. Trim inspections address out-of-trim lines, while repairs cover damaged fabric, worn lines, and other structural issues.

After Will damaged a few lines during launch, we were able to create and install replacements right on site, getting him back in the air with zero downtime.
