Wildwood Elementary PTA The mission of the Wildwood Elementary School Parent Teacher Association is to positively impact the PTA members have a strong history of volunteer leadership.

As the nation’s largest volunteer child advocacy organization, PTA has had a significant impact on improving the education and well-being of America’s children for more than 113 years. PTA continues to advocate for all children, to have the opportunity to grow and achieve success through education. PTA provides many enriching programs such as the arts, music educational assemblies, drug awareness-

making good choices, and computer technology just to name a few. Years of research shows that when families are engaged, students are more likely to score higher on tests, earn higher grades, attend school regularly, have better social skills, demonstrate improved behavior, adapt well to school, graduate from high school, and pursue post-secondary education. One of PTA’s founding principles is its dedication to engaging parents in the education of their children. Since PTA’s inception parental involvement is the cornerstone of the PTA. Involved, caring and dedicated parents enrich our school environment. Studies of parent involvement overwhelmingly confirm it has a positive effect on children's well-being and academic achievement.

🧡students will vote on Friday and one winner for each grade level will be announced before the end of the day
🎃pumpkins will be on display in the MPR during fall fest and any pumpkins not picked up by the end of the evening will be discarded.
