Hi everyone, I hope you guys had a great holiday, and are ready for 2023! As beginners start training this year, we see a lot of New Years Resolutions and goalsetting, which is normal and fine. However, what worked for me is (and it is normal) is having a conception to add more things in my life that I can do for the rest of my life.
