Tuesday marked the final day for Bethany Christian School, a school that has thrived in the Conejo Valley for 52 golden years. Bethany Christian School has served students with not only challenging academics, but with love, purpose, hope, and faith in Christ as its bedrock.
Bethany is more than a school. It is a source of community, deep friendships, security, family, and trust. Students have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior within these walls. Parents have found fellowship and support among each other as they have navigated the many trials and seasons of life. Teachers have touched the hearts and minds of their students, leaving lasting impressions that will carry into adulthood. Friendships have been formed and strengthened in Christ, growing well beyond the confines of this building. The work the Lord has done at Bethany Christian School is not over. It is very much alive in each and every blessed individual who carries the light and love of Jesus Christ outside the gates of 200 Bethany Ct., and into the very world that He calls us to reach and disciple. Bethany Bulldogs, WELL DONE being a bright light of the Gospel, and so faithfully honoring the Lord and one another.
Thank you to our loyal, humble, and fierce leader, Mrs. Shannon, for ALL you have done for this school and its community. You are treasured. Your honest and loving words at Closing Circle were felt by everyone. Thank you also to Pastor Brian Howard for delivering Tuesday’s devotion and important reminder that God will never leave us❤️. Finally, to all of our students, families, faculty, and staff…THANK YOU for being part of something so special and priceless. God has blessed Bethany Christian School greatly in serving you❤️.
