Your brain was never meant to hold all of this. That’s why we need to Limit Decisions!

If you’re making the same decisions over and over, that’s not a focus problem. That’s a systems problem.

Take the Clarity Check to find out where your operations are working against you.

Truly thankful for the many ways I get to do my work. Sometimes it’s from my clients offices, sometimes it’s on zoom, sometimes it’s speaking on a stage and sometimes it’s from a cruise ship! Designing my business around my dream life and watching it all come to fruition feels like a constant pinch me moment. And the best part… I am helping my clients do the same!!

Being a Solopreneur or Small Business Owner requires a lot from you - mentally, emotionally, and physically. Getting your systems in order isn’t just a nice to have, it is the difference between working nonstop and being present with your family. The difference between flourishing and burning out. The difference between going to the next level or shutting it all down. Your goals and reasons might be different but the solution is the same - let’s systematize your operations so you can pursue your goals! Sometimes you have to look back at the photos to really let it land. Getting the gallery of beautiful photos that captured allowed me to really take it all in!

Last month I was honored as a NAWBO Santa Barbara Bravo Award recipient for Entrepreneur to Watch. This event recognized women building businesses with intention.

What I didn’t share enough of in the moment: the people who showed up.

My husband and his Aunt and Uncle showed up for me. My peers cheered (shout out to my Ewomen Santa Barbara ladies!). The women in this room are doing the hard, quiet work of building something real, and getting to stand among them was the honor inside the honor.

Operations work isn’t flashy and often it’s behind the scenes so being able to share about it front and center was so exciting- even if sharing meant speaking into a mic above my head 🤣🫣.

Thank you again to all my people who showed up in person but also to all the people who showed up for me behind the scenes! Appreciate my tribe so much!

Your email address is probably 25 characters long and you type it multiple times a day in multiple different places.

That stops today.

Text replacement is one of the most underused shortcuts on your phone and computer. You set it up once and every time you type a short trigger word, your device fills in the full text automatically.

Your email address is just one example. You can use it for your website URL, your phone number, your email signature sign-off, your business name, any long string of text you find yourself typing over and over.

And because it is a keyboard shortcut it works anywhere you use your keyboard. DM‘s, Email, Google Docs, texts, forms, all of it.

This is part of my This Year We Will Not series where I share the small operational fixes that quietly drain your time. More tips every week. Follow so you don’t miss them.

Take the Clarity Check at thesolopreneurcoo.com/clarity-check to find out where else your operations have hidden time drains.

Google Workspace is the most underutilized tool in most solopreneur businesses.

And the main reason? Nobody ever showed you what it can actually do.

That changes June 10th. I am hosting a live 90 minute webinar on Zoom where we go through Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Forms together.

Practical. Hands on. No fluff.

Can not make it live? The recording goes out to everyone who registers.

Grab your spot for $75 at the link in bio.

Drop your Google Workspace questions in the comments. I want to make sure we cover what you actually need.

Content fatigue is real.

Starting from scratch every single time burns through mental energy before you write a single word.

This month I’m sharing a simple AI prompt that removes the blank page problem so you can actually show up consistently.

You don’t need a full marketing plan. You need a system that supports your voice.

Try this:
“Here are a few recent posts or topics I’ve talked about. Help me turn them into new ideas, captions, or conversation starters that sound natural and align with my voice.”

Paste in a few recent posts, presentation decks or bullet points. Let AI do the ideation. You bring the final edit.

Full breakdown is on the blog. Link in bio.

Three questions every solopreneur should ask about their tech stack right now.

❓Is this tool actually serving where my business is today?❓Am I using it to its fullest, or am I paying for features I never touch?❓Does another tool I already have do the same thing?

That last one stings a little. 😬

This is the A in my CALM System. Align Your Tools. It is not about having fewer tools. It is about having the right tools for the right job.

If this hit close to home, the Clarity Check will show you exactly where your operations need attention first. Link in bio.
