Yesterday we had my Google Workspace Uplevel Webinar and these four women up leveled their Google Workspace Game! From learning new organization tips inside Gmail and calendar, to finally understanding what Google‘s built-in automation tool can do for them, to walking away with a plan for keeping their drive from turning into total chaos.

This is exactly why I love these webinars! Everyone walked away with something they can actually use immediately not just a page of notes they’ll never look out again.

Systems over hustle, always!

Want in on the next one? Comment “GOOGLE” and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know when the next one’s on the calendar!

RIP Dolly. Words of wisdom that everyone needs to hear and let sink in. You are enough. Believe in yourself. Be kind. Do amazing things with your life and have that spill over to doing amazing things for others.

Balance is not the goal. Knowing what breaks is.

I sat down with Carly Carly Church WGYM Founder and we ended up on the metaphor I come back to with almost every client: some parts of your operations are glass and some are plastic.

Drop the glass ones and something shatters. Drop the plastic or rubber ones and they can bounce back or even roll away for a little and no biggie.

Most overwhelm isn’t a time problem. It’s a sorting and prioritizing problem.

Being part of the Ventura Chamber continues to be more than a networking group or advocacy group, it’s being part of shaping our Ventura community together.

Being able to these small group lunches where we learn about not just each others businesses but also how our lives are blending into work and how our community challenges impacts that and how we can support one another to grow this community.

Being able to nurture and water our own backyard has become such a gift I didn’t realize I had never experienced before.

Happy first day of school for Ventura Unified! Here is one of the ways I use technology to help me juggle the mom/school/calendar chaos!

This is the first in a series on the tech I actually use, not only in my business, but also in my personal life as a mom too! Follow along for more!

Couldn’t see this trend going around and not participate.

Building a business on my own terms and prioritizing real life is what it’s all about for me. Being able to help other women do the same makes it all worth it. 👯‍♀️

After sharing bits of our summer, I kept hearing the same thing. Oh I have not been on vacation in years. Oh I could never take that much time away from my business.

Full stop. What?!

I try to take some kind of mini vacation every single month. And this summer we went full vacation mode. Daniel took Cam on four back to back cruises with Ethan joining them for the last one while I stayed behind for fourteen focused, heads down days. Then I closed the laptop completely. Two weeks through Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon ending in Vegas. Add in two Concerts, a Giants game and exploring San Francisco. One final three day cruise. And now closing out summer relaxing at home.

I am not sharing this to brag. I am sharing it because this is what the CALM framework actually looks like when you live it, not just talk about it.

It takes planning. It takes intentionality. But the thing that actually makes it possible is the systems underneath it all. Systems that keep working whether I am heads down or fully offline.

That is not luck. That is what happens when your systems can carry the weight, whether you are sprinting or completely offline.

Google Calendar has been adding so many amazing features you probably didn’t even know to use!

That is one feature. Most solopreneurs are only using about a third of what is actually available inside Google Workspace, which means you are either paying for extra software or doing things the long way for no reason.

I am walking through the tools worth turning on (and the ones you can finally stop paying for) inside my Google Workspace Uplevel webinar.

Right now you have a way you capture client info. A way you decide what gets done first. A way you handle the fifty small things that pile up during a normal week.

The question isn’t whether you have systems. You do. The question is whether they’re working for you or you’re working around them.

That’s the whole idea behind the CALM System. Capture everything, align your tools, limit the decisions you have to make every day, and make the good stuff repeatable. Not necessarily adding more software. Not more hustle. Just less friction.

Curious where your operations actually stand? The Clarity Check will show you in a few minutes. Link in bio!

Deleting spam emails one by one without unsubscribing first is like draining the ocean with a slotted spoon. You are technically doing something. The water level is not moving.

Filtering by sender first is the difference between technique and effort. It also means you stop opening the same three retailers every single day just to hit delete.

This is one small piece of what I cover in my Google Workspace webinar, the tools, the shortcuts, the setup most solopreneurs never get shown. Link in bio to register!
