I haven't attempted or trained for a heavy lifts in a few years. And last time I did, I was 160lbs lifting 305 (2018). Between then and now I dropped down to 139 lbs last Oct .
I am now 155lbs and I lifted 335 today! Been focusing on legs, form and recovery since Oct. Gained roughly 18 lbs by New Years. And been floating in this area this past few weeks.
Now I have some bench marks to keep growing and see where I can take these 32 years to next.

First hike of the new year. Evening to night hike with .
I was hoping the moon would of been above the mountains to put moon light on the trail. It wasn't, so I had to pull out the trusty headlamp.
It was very enjoyable got to clear the head space and fill it with some nature!

Perks of working at a gym! Xmas staff workout!
I started doing sports recovery work in 2019, I weighed 160 lbs. Last year I lost 10 lbs. Due to moving more then I was eating.
Over the pandemic I lost another 10 lbs dropping to 139 lbs. I was walking up to 2x a day about 5 miles in total. Body fat went down to 10%.
I started working again mid oct when gyms reopened. My goal was to get to 160 lbs by new years.
I am currently 154 lbs and about 12-14% body fat. (Inbody machine at the gym) Which I am happy about!
Next year's goal is to keep growing. See where I can take what the gods gave me!
