I think something is shifting for women in business.

We’re questioning the old rules.

The hustle.
The proving.
The idea that success has to come at the expense of our freedom, our peace, or ourselves.

And we’re asking bigger questions:

What do I actually want?
How do I want to lead?
What am I no longer willing to tolerate to be successful?
And what becomes possible when women trust their own wisdom, use their voices, and stop trying to fit into someone else’s version of leadership?

THOSE are conversations I want to be part of.

On September 15, I’m joining several of the incredible speakers from this year’s Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference for Rooted & Rising: The Conversations Shaping What’s Next for Women Entrepreneurs.

We’re talking leadership, visibility, business growth, women’s wisdom—and what we’re seeing and sensing about where women and business are headed next.

And I have a feeling the really good stuff will be what emerges when we get a bunch of brilliant, powerful women together and start talking.

You’re invited to be part of it.

Join us live September 15 from 12:00–1:30 PM MT:

Sunday, Michelle Fournier and I played in a golf tournament with our husbands, Lief and Rodd.

We were having a great time.

Were we playing amazing golf? No.
Were we having fun? Absolutely. 😂

And then… that guy showed up.

The guy behind us started yelling at us from the fairway. At the turn, he informed us that we were TWO AND A HALF HOLES BEHIND.

We weren’t.

We were literally right behind the group in front of us.

Did the four trained personal-development people immediately access our highest selves?

Nope.

We got pi**ed. 😂

We talked about him.
We laughed about him.
We may have called him a few things that will not be appearing in our next meditation.

And weirdly?

We started playing better.

Apparently anger is the swing thought I’ve been missing. 🤣

We even offered to let him play through.

He refused.

So… you’re in a hurry, but not that much of a hurry. Got it. 😂

And eventually, we did what actually matters:

We went back to having fun.

Because personal growth isn’t about never getting pi**ed off.

Feel it.
Process it.
Laugh about it.

Just don’t hand someone else the power to ruin your whole damn day.

You can feel an emotion without letting it run the show.

Your joy is yours.
Your peace is yours.
And your golf game is yours—even when it’s questionable. 😂

Who or what have you been giving WAY too much power over your mood lately?

P.S. This is actually a big part of the work we do with women—helping you release the triggers and patterns that hijack your peace so you can come back to YOU.

If you’re ready for more of that kind of freedom, message us.

❤️ Jessica

Calling all extraordinary women entrepreneurs. 🔥

If you've been feeling called to something bigger—a bigger vision, greater impact, more meaningful success, or a stronger voice in the world—this is a room you want to be in.

We are so excited to be speaking at the Extraordinary Women IGNITE Conference, November 5–7, 2026, alongside an incredible group of women who are building businesses, leading movements, and creating meaningful change in the world.

And honestly, that's part of what excites us most.

Because when extraordinary women get in a room together, something shifts. We see bigger possibilities. We have different conversations. We make powerful connections. And sometimes, we remember just how much we're capable of.

We'll be taking the stage to share The Leadership Shift—a conversation about a different way of leading. One rooted in self-trust, authenticity, purpose, and the courage to take up space as the woman you already are.

Three days of inspiration, strategy, connection, possibility—and some seriously extraordinary women.

Come join us. We'd love to see you there. 💜

Last week, I didn’t win a speaker competition.

Except… I did.

I competed in North America’s Next Greatest Speaker at the eWomen Network International Conference and made it to the semifinals.

I practiced. Visualized. Prepared.

And when I stepped onto that stage, something was different.

I wasn’t trying to prove myself.
I wasn’t trying to get it “right.”
I wasn’t trying to be anyone other than me.

I just showed up. Fully.

Powerful. Candid. Authentic. Funny. Grounded.

And I nailed it.

Then they announced the three finalists.

My name wasn’t called.

Was I disappointed? Hell yes.
Did I wake up the next morning a little mad and sad? Also yes.

I’m evolved. I’m not dead. 😂

But then I realized:

I had made winning way too small.

I thought winning meant hearing my name called.

But winning was becoming a better speaker.

Winning was creating a signature talk I didn’t have before.

Winning was women telling me I had spoken directly to their souls.

Winning was cheering wholeheartedly for the women who moved forward without making their success mean anything about mine.

Winning was standing on that stage, fully myself, and thinking:

HERE I AM.

And meaning it.

Oh, and winning was wearing the ridiculously fabulous peacock-feather shoes I’d bought for my “winner” outfit anyway. 🦚👠

Because I wasn’t going to wait for someone else to declare me a winner before I allowed myself to feel like one.

Maybe winning isn’t always about what happens at the end.

Maybe it’s about who you become because you were willing to step into the arena.

Did you stretch?
Did you grow?
Did you let yourself be seen?
Did you become more of the woman you came here to be?

Then, my friend…

You won.

I certainly did.

Here I am. Ta-da! ✨

Can we talk about how hard it is to make new friends as grown women?

Not acquaintances.
Not people we occasionally meet for coffee.
But real friends.

The kind who see you.
Who support you.
Who celebrate the woman you’re becoming.
Who let you be honest, messy, hilarious, tender, loud, quiet - and completely yourself.

So many women are lonely, even when their lives look full.

And maybe that’s because deep friendship requires something many of us rarely give ourselves: the time and space to put down our responsibilities, lower our guard, and simply be with one another.

That’s part of the magic of P**s Off Perfect.

Yes, it’s a transformational retreat. You’ll release what’s been weighing you down, reconnect with yourself, and get clear about what you want next.

But you’ll also laugh until your face hurts. Share stories you didn’t know you needed to tell. Sit beside women who understand more than you expected - and leave with connections that don’t end when the retreat does.

Because sometimes the friendship you’ve been missing begins the moment you walk into a room brave enough to be yourself.

ICON 2026. What a freaking week. 🔥

We came home fire fueled.

Connections made.
Relationships deepened.
Collaborations created.
Support felt.
Vision clearer.

And maybe one of the biggest reminders of all:

Who you surround yourself with matters.

There is something powerful about being in a room full of women who are willing to dream bigger, have the uncomfortable conversations, celebrate each other, share ideas, open doors and genuinely want to see one another win.

That kind of community changes you.

We talk a lot about doing the inner work—and we believe deeply in it.

But we aren't meant to do all of this alone.

Sometimes your next level comes from the conversation at the table.
The introduction you didn't expect.
The woman who sees something in you that you've stopped seeing in yourself.
The person who says, “Have you ever thought about…?”
Or simply being surrounded by people who remind you that MORE is possible.

ICON gave us plenty to think about:

🔥 Be disruptive.

🔥 Be bold about what you believe.

🔥 Stop being invisible. The size of your audience can become the ceiling of your impact.

🔥 The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the conversations you have with yourself.

🔥 Your struggle has to become strategy.

🔥 Be open to everything. Attached to nothing.

🔥 Stay in your choosing. Don't give your power to what holds you back.

And one we can't stop thinking about:

We're not building bigger businesses. We're building bigger freedoms.

Freedom to choose.
Freedom to create.
Freedom to make an impact.
Freedom to live a life that actually feels like ours.

We're leaving ICON with bigger vision, deeper community and some pretty damn bold moves ahead.

And we're grateful as hell for the women who are walking beside us.

Because the right room doesn't just support your vision. Sometimes it helps you see just how much bigger it can be. ❤️‍🔥

We see you. We love you. You matter.

Last week, we got to be the ones in the chairs. ❤️

Michelle Fournier and I spent two days at Kami Guildner’s Business Alchemy Retreat, surrounded by an incredible room of women doing the work—not just on their businesses, but on themselves.

And damn. We needed it.

Because no matter how much you know…
No matter how much work you’ve done…
No matter how many people you’ve coached…

Sometimes you need someone to hold up the mirror for YOU.

A few things we’re bringing home with us:

✨ Remember who you are.

Not who you’ve had to be.
Not who the world expects you to be.
Not the version of you who learned to hustle, prove, perform or hold it all together.

Who. You. Are.

✨ What we do is fu***ng magical.

We spend so much time inside our own work that sometimes we forget to step back and see it.

The transformations. The breakthroughs. The moments when a woman sees herself differently and suddenly an entirely new possibility opens up.

That’s magic.

✨ Every decision creates either momentum or fragmentation.

That one hit.

Does this decision move us toward what we say we want?

Or does it split our energy, distract us, complicate things and pull us away from what matters?

✨ We always have a choice.

And maybe the biggest reminder of all…

It doesn’t have to be hard.

We can choose differently.
We can simplify.
We can trust ourselves.
We can stop making struggle the price of admission for success.

And we can let it be easier.

We tell our clients all the time that every great coach needs a great coach.

We believe that enough to live it.

Kami, thank you for seeing us, challenging us, reminding us who the hell we are, and creating a room where powerful women could put down the answers for a minute and become students again.

We came home clearer.

More connected.

And remembering something we already knew but apparently needed to hear again:

We know who we are.
We know what we do.
And what we do is fu***ng magical. ✨

✨ LIONS GATE 8/8 — WHAT ARE YOU READY TO CREATE? ✨

Tomorrow is 8/8 — the peak of the Lions Gate Portal.
Whether you think of Lions Gate as an energetic portal, a spiritual practice, or simply a powerful date to pause and get intentional, we love the invitation it offers:
Stop looking at where you’ve been and reconnect with where you’re going.

The number 8 is often associated with abundance, personal power, expansion, and infinite possibility. And 8/8 gives us a beautiful opportunity to get back into relationship with our vision.

Not from “Why isn’t it here yet?”
Not from “Am I doing enough?”
Not from trying to figure out HOW the hell it’s all going to happen. 😉

But from:
✨ What do I truly want?
✨ Who am I becoming as I create it?
✨ What am I ready to release that belongs to the version of me I’m outgrowing?
✨ What would I choose if I really believed more was possible for me?

Your 8/8 Practice
Give yourself 15–30 quiet minutes tomorrow.
1. Read your vision.
Slowly. Don't just read the words—FEEL them. See yourself living it. Let your nervous system experience it as something that is safe and possible for you.

2. Notice what has already shifted.
Where are you already becoming the person in your vision? What has manifested, moved, opened, healed, or changed that you may not have fully acknowledged?

3. Release what no longer belongs.
Write down the beliefs, patterns, fears, identities, expectations, or old stories you are no longer willing to carry forward.
You can simply say:
Thank you for how this has served me. I no longer need it where I'm going.

4. Write from your future.
Imagine it is 8/8 one year from now.
Write a page beginning with:
“I am so grateful that…”
And let yourself describe what has happened over the past year as though you're already living it.
Don't edit yourself. Don't make it realistic. Don't shrink it down so you can figure out how to accomplish it.
Let yourself WANT what you want.

5. Choose one aligned action.
Manifestation isn't just about thinking and feeling.
Ask yourself:
What is one thing Future Me would do next?
Then do it.
Maybe it's sending the email. Making the call. Setting the boundary. Signing up. Saying no. Saying YES. Raising the price. Resting. Asking for help. Finally making the decision you've been avoiding.
It doesn't have to be huge.
It just needs to be aligned.
And finally, spend a few minutes in gratitude—not only for what you already have, but for what you're creating.
Your vision isn't something you're chasing.
You're becoming the woman who can hold it.

🔥 Happy Lions Gate, ladies.
Dream bigger.
Release what you've outgrown.
Choose from possibility.
And remember—you don't need to know exactly HOW.

This or something better. ✨
