Meet our new primary SLS teacher, Ms. Laprocina!! Welcome to the Eagleview team!! 🌟🦅🌟

I was born in Czechoslovakia, where I spent my early childhood. My mother, concerned about the politics of the time, fled to Austria with my sister and me when I was only 10 years old. A year later, we found ourselves in Georgia, USA, where I was thrown into middle school, a different culture, and a new language. Ultimately, I followed my passion for behavioral sciences and earned a BA in psychology from Oglethorpe University. My continued enjoyment of the field led me to the University of Georgia, where I completed a Master of Arts in education followed by my Specialist degree in Educational Psychology. While in school, I used my passion for learning and structure to raise my daughter, implementing all the principles I’d once seen in classes. Initially, I planned to earn my PhD as well but found the writing process less rewarding than actively working with students and so I became a special education teacher instead. After 9 years of teaching in Georgia, I moved to Colorado- missing the snow and skiing of the country I was born in- which eventually led me here. Each day I continue to enjoy helping children grow, and their families flourish. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child. Meet Mrs. Morgan! This year she will work alongside Mrs. Murray to provide speech and assistive language technology support to our students. Welcome to the Eagleview team!! 🌟🔆🦅

Hello! I'm Sarah Morgan, I've been a Speech Language Pathologist/Assistive Technology Specialist for approximately 11 years now. I have enjoyed working primarily with children who use AAC device to communicate or learn how to speak through visual or tactile modalities. I have two daughters, Iris and Sage, and my husband Matt, usually you can find our family doing anything outdoors: paddleboarding, fishing, camping, skiing, biking, or rollerblading. I am originally from Illinois and I am a big U of I basketball fan. Our family lives in Erie and we have a beloved dog named Zeppelin, who is 10 years old and still acts like a wild puppy. I am very excited to be joining the Eagleview team and I can't wait to meet all of the wonderful students I will be working with this year.

Meet Mrs. Heath! 🦅🌟

Hello, Eagleview Elementary!

My name is Peggy Heath, and I'm excited to be joining the Eagleview community as the substitute Social Emotional Learning Specialist while Mrs. Silva is on leave. I have been an educator for 30 years and am passionate about helping students grow both academically and emotionally.

My husband is a third-grade teacher, and together we have two young adult sons. Our home is also shared with two dogs and a cat, who keep life fun and busy! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, baking, reading, attending concerts and musical theater performances, and relaxing with a good true crime show.

I'm looking forward to getting to know the wonderful students, staff, and families at Eagleview. Thank you for welcoming me. I can't wait to be part of your school community!

Meet our new head custodian, Mr. Bahl!! 🙌🌟🦅

Hello, I'm Richard Bahl, I have worked with Adams 12 for over 20 years, and have been in the custodial field for 26. I have enjoyed the camaraderie and joy of working with students, staff and the community. I enjoy camping and being out in the open and grounding with Mother nature. I love to golf when I can, but don't ask about my handicap. I have kids that are grown and I now have several grandkids. I hold an Associates in business management with another 90 credited hours in business management and computers from the University of Phoenix. I have several hobbies including leather working and computers. I am happy to start another chapter with my career and look forward to working with the Eagleview family, and community, to bring a clean and safe environment.

Meet Ms. Parker!! Welcome to Eagleview!🦅

Hello! My name is Adriana Parker, and I am excited to be teaching 4th grade at Eagleview this year! This is my fifth year of teaching, and I love creating a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to learn. I recently earned my Master's degree in Literacy Education with a Reading Specialist endorsement, and I enjoy helping students grow into confident readers and lifelong learners. Outside of school, I love hiking, traveling, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to partnering with students and families to make this a fun, successful, and memorable school year!
