Teacher bars: to some, it comes immediately with the belt. For some, not at all. For me? I waited. After a long while, and advice from a friend, I asked my Professor. I wanted to earn it. Because teaching is everything. Thank you so much to everyone who's allowed me to teach them thus far.

Hello friends and champions! Tonight was the last class/session to be held at Westminster location of 303 Training Center. The Arvada location of this wonderful gym will still be available. Always open to additional opportunities, but this will still be our home base for the foreseeable future. Thanks as always, 🖤
