Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to manage customer accounts, invoicing, and payment processing. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

You’ll be the backbone of our billing system—helping keep cash flow strong while delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all customer billing for residential, commercial, and roll-off accounts
• Generate and send invoices (monthly, quarterly, and custom billing cycles)
• Process payments (credit card, ACH, check, and in-person payments)
• Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account status
• Maintain accurate customer account records in billing/CRM systems
• Work closely with operations and dispatch to ensure service accuracy
• Assist with account setup, service changes, and cancellations
• Support front desk responsibilities including phone calls and walk-in customers

In observance of Memorial Day, all Northern Disposal trash pickup will be delayed by one day.

Monday pickup → Tuesday
Tuesday pickup → Wednesday
Wednesday pickup → Thursday
Thursday pickup → Friday
Friday pickup → Saturday

Please have your trash out the night before your delayed pickup day.
