Miss. Avery’s class is learning something new every day through our curriculum! Each month, they explore a brand new theme, giving them the opportunity to discover, create, and grow as they dive into exciting hands-on activities.

One of their favorite parts of the day is craft time! The children love expressing their creativity while reinforcing what they’re learning in a fun and engaging way. We love watching their imaginations come to life! 💛

Our Toddler Classroom has been doing a fantastic job with our new curriculum! 🎨📚

Almost every day, our little learners get to explore a new art project while also enjoying fun and engaging additions to their circle time. It’s been wonderful to watch them learn through hands on activities, creativity, and interactive lessons.
The smiles, excitement, and enthusiasm they show each day let us know just how much they’re loving it and we couldn’t be happier! We are so proud of all the amazing things they’re accomplishing. 💙💛

Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs. Megan’s class has been hard at work strengthening their fine motor skills! ✏️🎨

Last week, they worked together on a large group portrait by creating a collaborative masterpiece on one big sheet of paper. Activities like this help develop hand-eye coordination, pencil control, creativity, and teamwork all while having so much fun! 🤩

🌟 Staff Spotlight of the Month: Jessica Wyciskalla! 🌟

Miss Jessica is our amazing Two’s teacher, and we are so thankful to have her! Jessica joined SKA in August 2025 and has been an incredible addition to our team ever since.

Her fun, outgoing, and sarcastic personality brings so much laughter and positivity to our center each day. She has a special way of making every child feel loved, safe, and excited to learn. Her patience, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything she does.

It’s no surprise that our little ones absolutely adore her! On the days she’s away, they are constantly asking where Miss Jessica is and when she’ll be back. The bonds she has built with her students is so strong!

Southern Kids Academy is incredibly grateful for Miss Jessica and everything she does for our children, families, and staff. Thank you for your hard work, your heart, and the joy you bring to SKA each and every day we appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
