August 17th – 22nd • During all classes

Step into the spirit of the Samurai — where discipline meets precision and every strike begins with focus.

This week, Quest Martial Arts students will train like warriors through:

Sword drills that sharpen accuracy and control

Samurai‑style conditioning to build strength, balance, and endurance

Karate techniques inspired by traditional samurai movement and mindset

💡 Did you know?

Samurai warriors followed the Bushido code, emphasizing honor, respect, and courage.

Their swords, called katana, were considered extensions of their soul — symbols of mastery and integrity.
