Today's readers, tomorrow's leaders! 🌟

Some of our older students recently took turns reading to their younger schoolmates, sharing stories and stepping into the role of reading mentors.

And the best part? The learning goes both ways! Our younger students enjoy a different kind of story time, while our older students build confidence, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.

We love seeing our students encourage, support, and learn from one another!

What a beautiful day for a trip to the apple orchard! 🍎☀️

Our students spent today at Brant's Apple Orchard, picking apples, enjoying a hayride, learning about the orchard, and spending a fun-filled day together outside the classroom!

We were happy to have some of our parents join us, too! It was a great opportunity for our students, families, and staff to connect and share an experience beyond a normal school day.

A big thank you to Brant's Apple Orchard for welcoming our GCA crew, and to GoGeneva for providing such wonderful transportation! Their professionalism, kindness, and generosity helped make today's trip possible. 💙

Lights out, flashlights on! 🔦📚

Our students put a fun twist on reading time by grabbing their flashlights and settling in with a good book.

A little imagination, a cozy spot, and the glow of a flashlight made for some happy readers at GCA! 💙

Who knew making your own Chex Mix could require so many important decisions? 😋

Sweet? Salty? A little of everything? Our students got to choose their favorites and build their own perfect mix during Friday's activity.

They scooped, sorted, mixed, compared combinations, and maybe sampled a few things along the way. 😉

No two mixes turned out exactly alike... just like our students. 💙

Who says math has to stay in the classroom? ✏️

Our students grabbed their clipboards and headed into the halls for a little Room-to-Room Math!

Math problems were posted throughout the school, giving students a chance to move around, find each one, solve it, and record their answers as they went.

A simple change of scenery can make practicing math a whole lot more fun! 😊

Fall is officially in the air at GCA! 🍂 🎃

Yesterday, some of our students enjoyed an afternoon of pumpkin painting, and as you can see, they were having a pretty good time!

One of the fun things about an activity like this is seeing how differently each child approaches it. Same pumpkins, same paints, but no two creations are exactly alike!
