Reminder: all communication about rehearsals & performances will be sent out via our Remind feed, please make sure you have joined the correct feed.

The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. Following the afternoon severe weather briefing with local emergency management officials, a decision has been made to close school for students and staff Tuesday, January 9. The incoming storms are predicted to include the possibility of tornadoes, hail and high wind gusts that would make it unsafe for the transportation and travel for our students and staff.

We urge everyone to stay safe and follow local advisories. We look forward to seeing our Yellow Jacket family on Wednesday, January 10.

The Thomas County School System will be closed on both Tuesday, December 12, and Wednesday, December 13. We are so excited for our Yellow Jackets!

Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE SOUND OF MUSIC Returns to ABC This Holiday Season Starring Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer, the heartwarming film features fan-favorite songs including “Edelweiss,” “My Favorite Things,” “Climb Ev'ry Mountain,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Sixteen Going on Seventeen,” “The Lonely Goatherd” and “The Sound of Music.”

And so our journey has come to a close & Edward Tulane has found his way home. We placed 5th overall, Moss Musselwhite & Carson Chapman were placed on All Star Cast & Ransom Young was named Best Actor for the Region 1-6A. I’m crazy proud of these kids & the story they shared with all of our audiences.
