Peanut's Kiddie Kollege Welcome to Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege. Our mission is to provide a safe nurturing developmentally app Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege Inc. Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege, Inc.

is licensed by the State of Georgia and fully subscribes to all the rules and regulations mandated by governmental authorities. The State of Georgia regularly inspects the center, which seeks to provide quality care for children six weeks through twelve years of age. Children are continuously supervised by a certified staff dedicated to providing all the love, care, attention, and guidance that would be given in your home. is a member of the Georgia Child Care Association, an organization of concerned childcare professionals from the licensed, proprietary day cares throughout the state. The membership of the GCCA is representative of all sized and varieties of center-based child care in the state. The primary goal shared is providing quality childcare at affordable prices to the families of Georgia. We are open Monday - Friday from 6:30AM until 6:00PM

The center will be closed during the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas (Two days to be announced). If any of these holidays fall on a Saturday we will be closed Friday, if any of the holidays fall on Sunday we will be closed on Monday.

Hey everybody! We appreciate everyone that has come out and supported us during Peanuts Kiddie Kollege's closing sale!
We also realize that our most recent sales have been held at times that were inconvenient for those of you who work during the day, especially our area teachers. Soooo...we are planning an evening sale this week on Wednesday January 12th from 3PM til 6 PM
There is still so much left to go, and at great prices!
We will also be at the center Thursday morning January 13th from 10 AM til 2 PM

Closing the doors to a legacy

Today is so bittersweet. How do I begin to summarize the gratitude that I have in my heart for the past 33 years of providing childcare in Thomasville. Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege opened the doors to the first students beginning August 1, 1988.

Gary and I were two young people not knowing what an adventure we were about to embark on with two little children of our own at the time, Christopher age 5 and Kimberly age 3.

Creating my very own college for children is where this all began. Our business was founded on prayer and guidance by Jesus Christ, and that is the way Gary and I are closing this chapter of our lives. After 33 years of devoting my life to Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege, closing the doors is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do.

Our mission was to provide a safe nurturing developmentally appropriate learning environment and I believe we completed our task.

It has been an honor to serve the community for over three decades. I truly appreciate each parent and the trust they have given Peanut’s to help guide their children throughout the years. This is not a responsibility that I have taken lightly. At the beginning and end of each day, our priority has always been to specialize in educating and loving the children that have entered the door of 106 Covington Ave.

Thank you to my employees both present and past. It’s because of our teachers and employees that we have been able to stay open to serve our community for so long. Your dedication and love shown to the children throughout the years has kept me going and motivated to serve this community.

I have so many cherished memories throughout the years. Tears and laughter have been coming up quite a bit as I’ve been feeling so nostalgic lately. I’m thankful for the friendships that have formed and continue to grow because of Peanut’s.

To look back at what a journey this has been, it couldn’t be any more beautiful.

Thank you for choosing Peanut’s Kiddie Kollege for the past 33 years. Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives.

Where did the time go?
August 1st made 33 years since we opened Peanuts Kiddie Kollege!
We have watched a lot of children grow up and become parents themselves. Now, we are watching some of their babies also. Thank you Thomasville and surrounding area for supporting us. If it wasn't for your trust and love we would never have made it. Gary and I Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ❤
