A BIG thank you to the City of Thomasville, GA - Government Electric, Stormwater, and Public Works Departments, along with the Thomasville Police Department and Thomasville Fire Department, for spending time with our Jerger Pre-K students during their annual Community Helper Day! 🚒🚓⚡
There’s nothing better than bringing learning to life, and our Jerger Pre-K students loved getting an up-close look at the people, vehicles, equipment, and jobs that help Thomasville each and every day!
We’re so thankful for our partners for taking the time to make learning come to life for our youngest students! ❤️💛

🎮 THE GREAT DEBATE IS ON! 📚

5 minutes on the clock, notebooks open, and brains in overdrive! Mrs.Teehee's 4th graders, with the help of Mrs. Ras our Literacy Coach, took on an epic writing challenge today: Building Video Games vs. Reading Books: Which offers greater benefits?

You should have seen how fast those pencils were flying! The debate was real, the passion was high, and our 4th graders came through with some seriously clever arguments.

Special Hours
Tuesday Night: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday Morning: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

💛 Childhood Cancer Awareness Month-Coin Drive! 🍋

Dear Families,

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! 💛🎗️

Throughout the month, our classes will be collecting spare change to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer. This is also very near and dear to our hearts. 💛

Every penny, nickel, dime, and quarter adds up to make a big difference in funding life-saving research and supporting families affected by childhood cancer.

Students are welcome to bring in any loose coins they’d like to donate and place them in their classroom collection jar/bag throughout the month.

Thank you so much for your support and generosity in helping us turn lemons into lemonade for our precious kiddos who have or have fought against cancer! 🍋💛
