๐พ๐ B.A.R.K. is Off to a Great Start! ๐๐พ
After just one week, our Bulldogs Always Reading for Kicks (B.A.R.K.) Summer Learning Program is already making an impact!
Throughout the summer, students in grades Pre-K through 5th are spending their mornings strengthening reading and math skills, building confidence, and staying engaged in learningโall while having fun with friends and dedicated teachers.
Research shows that students can lose valuable academic progress over the summer months, but programs like B.A.R.K. help keep learning moving forward and prepare students for a strong start to the new school year.
From hands-on lessons and small-group instruction to literacy activities and skill-building opportunities, our students are staying active, curious, and connected to learning. We're proud of the hard work they have already shown during week one and can't wait to see their growth throughout the summer.
A special thank you to our teachers, staff, and families for helping make B.A.R.K. a success. Together, we're ensuring our Bulldogs continue learning, growing, and thriving all summer long.

๐ฑOur Second Grade Garden is growing beautifully! ๐ซ
The beans are climbing, the flowers are blooming, and the Zinnias are adding bright pops of color to our garden. Just like our students, every plant grows at its own pace, BUT with care, patience, and encouragement, amazing things happen.
This garden is a wonderful reminder of the growth we've seen in all of our students this year. They have blossomed into confident learners, kind friends, and curious thinkers. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can't wait to see how they continue to grow!
๐ฟ Growing strong, blooming bright, and reaching for new heights, just like our Jerger kiddos! โค๏ธ๐

๐พ๐ฌ STEM Camp Success at TCS! ๐ฌ๐พ
What an incredible week at our TCS STEM Camps! We were excited to host two camps this summerโone for rising 4th and 5th graders and one for rising 6th and 7th graders.
From hands-on activities to problem-solving and exploration, students were fully engaged and excited to learn. The turnout was fantastic, and the energy throughout the week made it clearโthis was a special experience for everyone involved.
Even better, weโre already hearing from parents and students about what a great time they had and how they canโt wait to come back next year!
This is what Bulldog +1 looks likeโcreating opportunities that spark curiosity and prepare students for the future.

Even though school is out for summer, Ms. Shellman and Mrs. Donalsonโs pumpkin plant is still growing strong! ๐โ๏ธ
What started as a classroom project has continued to thrive, reminding us that learning and growth never truly stop. We love seeing this bright pumpkin getting bigger each day and canโt wait to watch what happens next!
A little sunshine, care, and patience can grow something pretty amazing. ๐๐ฑ
