We couldn't be more proud of these guys for showing up and leaving it all in the mats!

Skills were tested. Lessons were learned. Battles were won and lost...

But most importantly, we are proud to call these guys teammates, who have the courage to go out there and put everything on the line!

See y'all at the next one!

Many martial arts talk about the Indomitable Will... In Jiu Jitsu, we actually get to see it, every day.

Most people quit because it's hard. It's hard on the ego, it's physically demanding, and most of all - it takes a long time to get good at.
Because of that, it can be demoralizing; and people allow their negative thoughts to win...

But not Stephen. Stephen refuses to give up or give in. He just keeps showing up, day after day, grinding it out.

The time and effort is paying off!

Congratulations on your well-deserved 2nd stripe!
