🕡 6:30 PM — Adult Jiu-Jitsu
Last week our Pre-K crew worked on push, pull, turn — the foundation of what judo calls kuzushi, breaking your opponent's balance. Looks like play at that age, but it's real fundamentals.
Wrestling is still brand new to our area, even though it's been in Louisiana schools for a while now. And we're already seeing multiple kids who started with us at a young age become state champion wrestlers — from multiple different schools, across two parishes.
We don't think that's an accident. Here on our mats, fundamentals don't start with technique — they start with character. Discipline, focus, staying calm under pressure. Years of building that first, consistently, is exactly what's starting to show up in results like this.
