Today, Fr. Vic celebrated his final school Mass with the students and faculty of St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School. Over the past 7½ years, Fr. Vic has helped shape our students, faculty, and school community through his faith, guidance, compassion, and love.

Following Mass, Fr. Vic was presented with a special fingerprint canvas of St. Joseph created by our students and staff. We are grateful to our wonderful PTC members who coordinated this meaningful collaborative painting. ❤️

The painting’s description beautifully captures its meaning:

“Created with love by the students and faculty of St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School, this fingerprint canvas represents the lasting impact Fr. Vic has made on our school family. Each fingerprint symbolizes a child, a teacher, a memory, and a life touched through his faith, guidance, and love. Together, these individual marks became one beautiful work of art — just as Fr. 🏈💛 Proud of our Jaguars! 💛🏈

This incredible group of boys wrapped up their season as runners-up, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way they represented our team all year long. From the first game to the last, they showed tremendous growth, improving each time they stepped on the field.

Even more impressive was their sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes—cheering each other on, working together, and playing with heart every single game.

A huge thank you to our coaches Coach Travis and Coach Ben Bernard for the time, dedication, and passion they poured into guiding these boys. Your leadership made a lasting impact both on and off the field.

We’re proud to recognize last week’s Jaguar Athletes of the Week — Case Waguespack and Emma Boudreaux!

⛳ Case is representing our Jaguars in golf, showing focus, determination, and great sportsmanship on the course.
🏈 Emma shines on the field in flag football, bringing energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to every game.

Both athletes exemplify what it means to work hard in and out of the classroom. We are so proud of the dedication and pride they show each day!
