Thanks to everyone who supported “THE GOAT” Burger this month at Alumni Grill! Because of your support, $1,088.70 will be donated to the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute Alumni Chapter to help support scholarships, alumni initiatives, and the next generation of culinary professionals. ❤️👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

🍪🥐 The Bridge Bakery is Back for Summer 2026! 🍰🍞

Join us June 2 through July 30, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (or until sold out) in the lobby of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute.

Whether you’re looking for a snack, lunch, or something sweet, we’ve got you covered with fresh-made baked goods and treats. Grab your order to go or stay awhile and visit with us!
