For TOPS to pay for a summer session, you must have been enrolled as a full-time student in a semester, quarter, or term prior to the summer session.

The deadline is fast approaching! Apply Now!
The South Central Industrial Association will award several scholarship opportunities in 2026 to support students pursuing education and workforce training in our region. Through the BIG Legacy Scholarship Fund, SCIA offers both traditional and non-traditional scholarships for students attending Nicholls State University and Fletcher Technical Community College, including support for degree programs, certifications, and workforce training at $500 per sememster. The Chevron Maritime Scholarship Fund will award two $1,000 scholarships to students pursuing Louisiana-based maritime programs, including eligible high school seniors and non-traditional applicants. Additionally, through the Gordon โBubbaโ Dove Foundation, SCIA will award three merit-based scholarships valued at $1,000 each to qualified high school seniors who are children or grandchildren of employees of SCIA member companies. All scholarship opportunities share a common application deadline of Friday, April 24, 2026.
