One thing I’m reminding myself lately is that we’re never too old to **try something new, return to something we love, or challenge ourselves.**

So I’m taking my own advice! I’m going to be taking an **Adult Ballet class with Caitlin from Raincrow** in Worland. It’s been a while since I’ve been the *student* instead of the teacher, and I’m excited (and maybe a little nervous) to get back to the barre!

If you’ve ever thought, *“I’d love to dance again,”* or *“I’ve always wanted to try ballet,”* come join me!

Caitlin’s **Adult Ballet class is at Ambrosia in Worland from 6:00–7:30 PM.** No matter your experience, it’s a chance to step outside your comfort zone, move, learn, and have some fun. ❤️
