Parents! We sent home a packet on Monday with some important information. If you did not receive the BRIGHT PINK packet of information, please see the information below and share with anyone you think might have missed it as well!

Rock Springs Meet
Thursday, May 4 - We will leave LMS at 12:30. Dismissal time is at 12:00 and all athletes can eat lunch at school before departing. Please see the attached sheet for more information about the Rock Springs meet.

Thermopolis/Conference Meet
Saturday, May 6 - The weather is supposed to be very warm on Saturday so make sure you pack sunscreen, a hat, and clothes to keep the sun off of you when you are not running!

Best of the Best
Tuesday, May 9
Athletes must qualify for this meet. The coaches will be letting athletes know who is going in events. If you are not participating in the Best of the Best track meet you must attend school that day. You may turn in your washed and dried uniform Monday if you are not attending the Best of the Best meet.
Parents, we are in need of concessions workers for Best of the Best. If you would like to sign up to work concessions, there are several times available and we will make sure you are free to watch your child compete in events.

Uniform Check-in
Thursday, May 11
We will have a “practice” to turn in all washed and dried uniforms on Thursday, May 11. Please note that athletes may be charged for any uniform that is turned in damaged or soiled or may be charged a cleaning fee, as per the parent/athlete agreement that was handed out at the beginning of the season. If you would like to hand your uniform in before Thursday, May 11, you will not be required to attend this practice! The coaches will provide cards and bags that you may write your name on and leave near the office. A list will be posted near the locker rooms and gym to let athletes know whose uniforms have been turned in. Please note: If you turn in someone else’s gear, your name will NOT be checked off as turning in your gear! We will match the number that we checked out to you back in March so make sure you have the right uniform!
