Today’s Retired Teachers’ Luncheon was a success! This sponsor couldn’t be prouder of the NHS students and the Student Council students who joined with us to prepare for this event. The kids had the Library cleaned up afterwards before I could blink! It was so lovely to see so many of our retired teachers and staff. We truly are a Bobcat Family! 🐾

Don't forget to bring items to our Food Drive! The ACT Prep class that brings the most items (25 items minimum) will receive a donut breakfast the week after Thanksgiving. They're gooood donuts, too! Let's make a POSITIVE difference in our community! 🐾

Today, members of the National Honor Society volunteered their time on a Saturday to help out with Fall Festival at the Hollinger’s Island Community Center! It’s a beautiful location! 🎃

This week is Assistant Principal Appreciation Week, and our kids decorated the doors of our awesome APs. They designed and put together all elements of the doors designs taking into account each AP’s preferences and things that they like. This sponsor is so proud! Happy Assistant Principal Appreciation Week to Mr. Goodwin, Dr. Maxwell, and Mrs. Dixon. They are truly the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

Today, while partnering with our fantastic Student Council, we held our annual Retired Teachers’ Luncheon! We had quite a few familiar faces join us for some fantastic food and fabulous fellowship! Our principal, Mr. Hardegree, and one of our APs Mr. Goodwin (Theodore grads) both spoke from the heart. It was a wonderful day!

Invitations will be going out soon, but if anything happens and yours gets lost in the mail--you do NOT have to have the invitation to attend! All former faculty, staff, and anyone who has retired from THS is invited!
