For hear about LSCS Alumni Council member Peace’s journey as an International student whose dream was to become a nurse. Not only did she achieve her dream but she built so many relationships along the way that truly helped her thrive.

We are working on building a community full of LSCS Alumni that will be here to connect, inspire and encourage those no matter where they are in their journey, just like Lone Star College-CyFair and Lone Star College did for Peace.

What an experience! One of our goals with the LSCS Alumni Association is to take our council to Lone Star College System Centers and learn about different programs that this institution offers. We learned so much on Tuesday, we can’t wait to be able to take this knowledge and these experiences into the community and spread awareness and passion for what Lone Star College has to offer and what’s coming for our LSCS Alumni.

We want to thank Jill Metcalfe, Lorie Latigo, Martin Molina and the Lone Star College Transportation and Global Logistics Technology Center for your time and expertise.

What center would you want to see us explore? Let us know!

The LSCS Alumni Association is being built by alumni with alumni in mind at Lone Star College

We’ve asked ourselves these questions and know how important community, mentorship, personal development and career opportunities are. From directly within the LSCS Alumni Relations and Engagement team to our inaugural Alumni Council, we can’t wait to connect with you over these next few months as we continue to build something that can help people get even further than where they are.

What ‘what if’ are you asking yourself? We may be able to help you find a new perspective.
