Here is the schedule for the 1st day of school. ALL 9TH GRADERS REPORT TO THE 9TH GRADE CAMPUS TOMORROW MORNING! Seniors with late arrival MUST come to school by 7:15 AM tomorrow.

Freshmen in PHILHARMONIC Orchestra will meet at the 9th grade campus THURSDAY MORNING.

Freshmen may ride the bus to or home (Symphony Orchestra) from the SENIOR campus however PARENTS MUST call CISD Transportation at 832-592-8800 to find out what those bus numbers are. Symphony freshmen will go home from the senior campus on Friday afternoon and philharmonic freshmen need to be at the senior campus by 7:15 AM on Monday morning.

We are so excited to see everyone on Wednesday! Please be on time! Chamber and Concert students please bring your instruments the first day!

Twhs Orchestra hosted other CISD Orchestra Directors tonight for a virtual sight reading session of new music with composer Brian Balmages. We are so excited to bring some of these new pieces to our students when the new school year starts!

Calling all incoming freshman orchestra members. Mr. Ponce will be in the Band Hall of the 9th grade campus during orientation to assign instrument lockers and answer any orchestra related questions. Stop by and say hello.

So proud of our amazing students! Our Chamber Orchestra was selected to perform at the 2025 Texas Music Educators Association Conference!

During orientation, come to the Orchestra Room and pick out your locker for violins and violas or the instrument you will play for cello and bass.

We are headed home after a very successful day at UIL Texas State Solo and Ensemble Competition. Everyone is going home with a medal in hand. We are so proud of all our students' hard work. What a way to close out the school year.

Today was Fine Arts Signing Day at TWHS. Orchestra has 2 students headed to college for Music. We are so proud of all their hard work!

All Conroe ISD schools will be closed on Friday, May 3, due to the anticipated conditions following the release of water from Lake Conroe, the aftermath of today’s heavy rain and flash flooding, and the uncertain weather forecast overnight and tomorrow morning. While all school-sponsored after-school activities are canceled, UIL baseball and softball games may still be played. Please check with the coaches for any updates to the schedule.

Day 3! Started off with a tour of Hollywood Bld. Followed that up with an amazing performance by the LA Philharmonic 🎶🎻.

Lunched at the Figat7th Mall then went on a tour of the Grammy Museum.

We had a quick stop at The Last Bookstore followed by dinner at El Cholo Mexican Restaurant.

For the first time in school history, every student in orchestra performed at UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation and every student earned the highest award known as Sweepstakes! We are so proud of all the hard work of our students!

Congratulations to our Chamber Orchestra for getting Sweeptakes at UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation. They were truly magnificent!
