Finish Strong Coaching

Galveston 70.3 options are out. Curious what people are thinking or transfer to Waco or Galveston in November
Is anyone interested in a Sunday morning group run on Flintridge to get ready for Waco? I’m having trouble motivating myself to tackle hills in this heat and thought running with a group might help. I was thinking 7 or 7:30 am to try and get done before church.
last trail run at upstate SC before we moved back to TX:) hope to see y’all soon❤️
Sarah Guinn Moore did you swim for SCO when you were younger? If it's you, the Girls 15-18 50M free record is still yours! 28.22 seconds, speedy!
I have some FSC gear that I'm giving away to someone who can use it. Size Medium.
