The high school Programming and Engineering Science classes had a wonderful field trip today to Texas A&M’s engineering complex in College Station.

They even got to have lunch and hang out with several Aggies who are Legacy alumni! 💚

Mrs. Thomas loves her students, science, and Legacy! Each week she strives to make the school exciting and excellent.

We are so thankful for her dedication to learning and leading. Congrats, Mrs. Thomas, on this well-deserved honor!

PAC Groundbreaking ceremony with photo ops available after

You do NOT have to bring a shovel to participate because we have pivoted with our plan due to such large numbers! However, you absolutely still can because we are all about props and fun moments.

4:30 - 5:30 pm:
Special presentation featuring stories from past and present Legacy families. You won't want to miss this!

The celebration will wrap up at 6:00 pm.

The Lady Lions are playing in the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP today at 1:30pm!

Legacy’s Lady Lions face off against Bay Area Christian in the TAPPS 5A State Semi-Final game this Thursday @2:00pm in Waco. We are so proud of all the work they have done to get here and cannot wait to cheer them on Thursday afternoon!

Legacy’s varsity robotics team, the Flex Capacitors, had an outstanding performance at the East Texas FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Championship. The competition was fierce, but these talented students secured four wins out of five, coming just one selection short of the elimination rounds. We praise God who is the giver of all good things!

Additionally, Christian Fletch and Daniel Brown were named Dean’s List Semi-Finalists, an award recognizing outstanding leadership.

What’s next? On April 5th, all three Legacy robotics teams will compete in the TAPPS State Robotics Championship in Waco! Go Lions!

PreK students are wearing shirts made with 100 items and Kinder students created special hats and dressed like people slightly older than their actual age! 😆

The Lady Lions are Ballers! 3 girls who have scored over 1000 points, Charlotte Freeman, Caitlin Wilson, and Madison Wilson! A Legacy-best record of 24-3, #1 in TAPPS 5A, and tonight they are District Champs. Friday night is senior night and our final district home game. It would mean a lot to these girls to have fans in the stands. Wear white! Game time 6:00p.
