The Woodlands Methodist School and Children of The Woodlands Methodist School provide an atmosphere of love and acceptance, where each child is recognized as a unique and special person created by God with the potential to grow and learn.
The program at The Woodlands Methodist School have been designed to promote the development of the whole child. Our rich classroom environments stimulate and challenge children. Our students question, investigate, experiment, create, and invent. In other words, the children learn by doing.
Mission: At The Woodlands Methodist School, we provide a joyful, Christian education through which children develop a lifelong love of learning, pursue excellence, and positively impact the world.
Flat Mrs. LaBry has been very busy with her students! 🙂 So far she has read a Nancy Drew mystery and helped with 2 Earth Day projects! 🙂

A special time that our teachers spend with students is devotion and prayer. With so much uncertainty going on, it is an incredible opportunity to share God's love and His word for comfort.
All our teachers are doing an outstanding job with our new online learning platform! We would much rather be in person, but the teachers are going above and beyond to make it the best it can be! All the while managing their own children's learning at home as well! Thank you to our teachers and staff for working tirelessly everyday to make sure our students are ready for next school year!
We are highlighting one of our kindergarten classes today. Mrs. Ebrey starts the day with the morning meeting with the whole class which consists of songs, calendar, weather, devotion, Bible verse, math, language arts and show and tell! Mrs. Ebrey also meets with each child individually every day. Thank you for your commitment to our families!

Today is the beginning of a new chapter for so many of us. Navigating home schooling may be frustrating at times and wonderful at other times. Be patient with each other and never take for granted the moments with your children. We will all be stronger and more appreciative after this.

Due to the ever-changing situation regarding COVID-19 and in the best interest of the health, safety, and well-being of its students, staff, community, and the citizenship at large, TWMS will be closed next week, March 16-20. Teachers and staff will be working on determining how to help students stay current with remote learning.
Because the situation is so dynamic, we ask you to please stay tuned to our FB page and email. Our leadership team will meet again this week to determine our next steps. The health and safety of our students, families, and staff is of utmost importance.
