Hey everyone! I just finished my fall calendar and I’m excited to start my new semester for the fall! I made a couple changes to some classes, and I am especially excited for the baseball drills and skills class! But go ahead and take a look at the classes and here is the link to sign up. If your athlete is looking to build strength, improve speed and conditioning, stay active between seasons, or just gain confidence, I highly recommend their teen program. I’ve known the owners for years and their coaches do a great job creating a positive environment for athletes of all experience levels — from beginners to competitive athletes (ages 14+)
