The 4th annual Father Daughter Dance was a hit! Relive some of the special moments by watching the video recap!
Woodlands Christian Father Daughter Dance
Last week MS participated in LOVE Week service projects within their houses.
Mathetes washed the cars of the middle school staff.
Veritas sorted and boxed up food that was brought in all week for the food drive.
Inspiro and Rhizoo made no-sew blankets and wrote notes and valentines to seniors and middle school staff.
Sharath wrote letters to military members and picked up trash around campus.
LOVE WEEK - Serve like Jesus
Day 5: Do it
Today students partnered with Mission of Hope and packed 40,000 meals that will be sent to Haiti for those in need! On top of that, students got together in the Micah and wrote encouraging thank you letters to those who led any part of LOVE Week this year.
To the speakers, worship teams, breakout leaders, parents, student leaders, teachers, administration THANK YOU for a great week.
It's a great day to be a Warrior.
LOVE WEEK - Lead Like Jesus
Day 4: Evangelism
Today Christian Meacham, Krystal Scott, Cody Nath, and Lo Aleman gave powerful testimonies on what it's like to live like Jesus in our homes, relationships, and workplaces. Lo came in at the end with a mic drop! His spoken word was refreshing and life-giving!
Lower School students and parents celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday in their classrooms. With hearts, smiles, and candies galore, the students showed that love truly abounds in the Lower School!
LOVE WEEK - Worship Wednesday
Day 3: Venerate
Venerate means to regard with reverential respect or to honor with an act of devotion.
Today was all about worship. How we worship looks different for everyone, but what really matters is we honor the Lord with all of our body, soul, and spirit.
LOVE WEEK - Prayer - Open Heart
Today during success time, students gathered in the Micah Lobby to spend time worshiping together while being encouraged to add to the prayer wall.
Worshiping the One who created us in a gathering of like-minded people is a blessing, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings.
Today we kicked off LOVE Week worshiping together being led by and messages from and 2021 Alumni, Caleb Bigler.
The theme of this week is "And above all these put on love, which binds everything in perfect harmony." ~Colossians 3:14
We want to be able to love like Jesus, lead like Jesus, and serve like Jesus more effectively. Ultimately, what we pray for this week is an authentic encounter with Jesus that impacts lives for an eternity.
For all the peoples walk each in the name of its god, but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God forever and ever.
from 1999-2000 to 2023-2024 school year. The different ways we've changed and grown over the last 30 years is a blessing and humbling to experience!
The Power of Presence
Dr. Mark Mayfield reminded MS and HS students that how you show up and engage has a direct impact on those around you. Students were challenged to write down their positive thoughts and encouraging words to someone that needed it!
It's a great reminder to know how a simple encouraging word can change your day.

TWCA has begun important planning for the next Master Plan for the school and held meetings last week with leadership, Faculty/Staff, and High School students. We've already received excellent information, but we hope you will attend one of the upcoming community meetings!

Footloose opening night was incredible! Tonight we have a sold out show with two more performances tomorrow! After tomorrow night, when you get a chance to see a member of this cast, congratulate them on a job well done!

Pre K and Kinder had their 100th day of school celebration, and it was a day full of fun activities and smiles! The full album is on Vidigami!

Kindergarten had hibernation day where students got to bring bears from home and tuck them into their class dens for the rest of winter! They learned all about bears and how God created such amazing animals to adapt and hibernate. ♥️♥️
Due to flooding concerns, school will begin at 10 am on Thursday, January 25th, 2024.
Classes will dismiss at regularly scheduled times.

It was a rainy morning here at TWCA, but Donuts with Dad was a huge success!! THANK YOU to all the dads who came up today!
TWCA High School Rodeo Recap!!!
This past Saturday night was our TWCA High School Rodeo and there was a lot going on! We had line dancing, BBQ, bull riding, armadillo racing, karaoke, and outdoor fire pits & s'mores. These are only some of the moments from that night. The rest of the moments are on Vidigami with all the photos from that night!

Lunch With an Artist
Yesterday we had Sean Kerrigan, an animator at DreamWorks and a previous student of a Fine Arts faculty member, spend the afternoon speaking to Mrs. Chretien’s animation class. Students were able to see some of Mr. Kerrigan’s work, receive feedback on their work, and hear what it is like to work as a professional in the field at DreamWorks Animation! What a great experience for these young animators!
