Happy birthday to the fabulous Ms. Sarah! She has the coolest lessons, and our kiddos are always engaged in her class. We hope you’re having a great birthday!
SO much happiness around the TEDS campus this week! We hosted our 4th annual Turkey Trot, and the kids had a blast chasing that silly turkey!
Students gathered items for the food pantry at - canned goods, cleaning supplies, and diapers. And WOW! Our community really came through - we donated nearly 80 bags FULL of supplies for our neighbors in need.

Our kiddos showed up for the troops this morning! Students brought in bags of their own Halloween candy to send to the troops, and each child had the opportunity to hand their bag to our special visitors.

Today TEDS students held a Halloween candy give back to the military! They had chapel w/our very own Father Frank and Mother Joanna the schools Chaplain present. Couple of soldiers came by to receive lots of candy to take back to the troops! What a great lesson to learn from these kiddos! Thank you 🇺🇸

This is such exciting news for our Dr. Seuss Read A Thon Week benefactor, Children's Books on Wheels! We are so happy to partner with them in the spring to help bring reading to our community. And we are thrilled that they will now be part of the Imagination Library, another incredible early childhood literacy organization. Kudos!

Did you know that the TEDS staff participates in a community service project each year? This year, we spent one of our inservice days at the Montgomery County Food Bank. Together, we packed 3,840 pounds of food, which equates to 3,200 meals that would feed 3 individuals for an ENTIRE year!
In 2021, the Montgomery County Food Bank distributed 9.6 million nutritious meals, and we are proud to have contributed to their 2022 efforts.

Rolling along at number THREE - who doesn't love playing instruments? Our TEDS Cubs have a fantastic time in their weekly music classes where they experience a wide range of ways to express themselves musically and rhythmically.

At TEDS, we devote an entire week in the spring to reading awareness with our TEDS Read-A-Thon!
Coming in at number SIX on our countdown of the TEDS Top Ten is undoubtedly one of our very favorite things - our fabulous TEACHERS!
TEDS teachers know that the best way to reach our preschool students is on their level. That's why you'll see TEDS teachers spending so much time on the floor! Whether it's reading a book, singing a song, or leading morning circle, our teachers are actively engaged with our student's learning and development.
Did you know that every single TEDS teacher completes 24 hours of continuing education each year??? This ensures that our teachers are always at the forefront of early childhood education practices.

There are so many wonderful things to explore in God's world! Our TEDS students love trips to the park to see the friendly ducks and turtles. We might even spot some fish!
