Bible Lesson— God Made the Land in Amazing Ways (Abraham & Lot)
Science Experiments— Exploding Volcano, Mentos in Soda & Alka-seltzer in Vinegar
Snack— Popcorn
Most of the kids said this was their favorite day of Science Week!!

Bible Lesson— God Always Keeps His Promises (Noah, the Ark and the Rainbow)
Science Experiments— Mixing colors & we learned that oil and water don’t mix!
Snack— Rainbow Shebert mixed with Sprite

Bible Lesson— Jesus is the Living Water
Science Experiment— Will the water spill out? (We took a gallon bag, filled with water and poked pencils through it!)
Snack— We made our own water molecules with pretzel sticks and mini marshmallows.

Science Experiment— “Tiny Tornado”
Snack— Homemade butter on Ritz crackers
The kids helped turn the liquid (heavy whipping cream) into a solid (butter)!

Bible Lesson—Jesus is the Light of the World!
Science Experiments—Will the light reflect, pass through or absorb? (Mirrors, magnifying glass, clear plate, solid objects)
Snack—Glow-in-the-Dark Jell-O
**We also learned it takes the moon one day to orbit the Earth and it takes the Earth one year to orbit the sun.
