We all face difficult choices to improve our quality of life.
Quitting a toxic job is tough when the pay is good. Letting go of a person who brings only negativity into your life can be more than challenging, especially if it's a family member. Throwing away products can feel like setting your money on fire.
But your priority is you. You need to eliminate those people, places, and things that bring you down.
Once it's done, you'll say, "thanks so much," and mean it.

You may not know this, but Turk & Wingo started on Zoom. Sara and I met at her studio, but the world shut down shortly afterward.
We continued together and came up with our signature blend of Pilates and Yoga over the past two-plus years virtually, and for only the second time since we created T&W, we were in the same room last month.
Sara's visit was terribly busy, but we were both so freaking excited to be in the same place!
We filmed some fresh T&W On-Demand content and had a blast working with our friend and very talented photographer (hi, Angela )!

Sneak Peek Week Day 4: Leg Pull Front + 3-legged Dog
Today we paired Three-Legged Dog with Leg Pull Front, an excellent exercise to build upper body and core strength, but even more importantly, pelvic stability. A stable pelvis provides a strong foundation for postures like Three-Legged Dog, as well as others we'll cover inside The Fundamentals Series.
We'll go into more detail and modifications in Module 4, but in the meantime, let us know if you have any questions in the comments below.

Sneak Peek Week Day 3: Back Extension + Cobra
It's just so nice to strengthen your spine while you lie on the floor, am I right?
I also feel like Cobra and Back Extension don't get the attention they deserve.
Cobra isn't just a means to get to Down Dog, and Back Extension isn't just the last thing you have to endure before Rest Position.
You guessed it - they're fundamental to your practice.
Your spinal strength is fundamental for your daily life.
We'll explore these two essentials more in Module 3, and we'll build on them for your deeper backbends and greater extensions.
Most importantly, we'll strengthen your back to withstand all that life has to throw at you.
Tomorrow's focus moves to pelvic stability, with Three-Legged Dog and Leg Pull Front.

Practicing Pilates exercises like Teasers can offer a strong foundation for postures like Boat (and appreciation for them).

Sneak Peek Week Day 1 is off to a great start, if you don't count the fact that Kari and I have no concept of time. Today's session was only about 6-7 minutes, so thank you for your patience as we recalibrate our proverbial watches. ;)
Tomorrow we'll be adding in a bit of warm-up since we'll be covering Boat & Teasers -- two heavy hitters from Module 2.
