I don’t know how to give you a blanket apology at the church building (is there a teacher lounge?!), so I am attempting via Facebook because I clearly won’t be able to sleep until I’ve said something.
I am SO sorry for the worst sweet potato dish at the luncheon! When I got the left overs from what has often been a delicious dish, I dug right in - and. was. horrified. It was so gross! I tried to figure out what I did wrong, and my best guess is that I used coconut flakes instead of coconut sugar, but I’m really not positive. It was so bad.
Please, dearest teachers, do NOT measure my thankfulness for you or my desire for you to have a wonderful break by that abysmal dish. You are the best and I really do appreciate you, I promise!!

Our sweet kiddos had PJ & Movie Day this week thanks to the rainy weather 📺 They enjoyed a variety of age appropriate movies from Veggie Tales to The Backyardigans to Balto, and kid friendly trail mix which they all loved!!
