Today’s the day. Celebrate the last day of school with Mod Pizza. A portion of your sale goes to support our organization and the cadets.
If you don’t feel like cooking tomorrow please come and support our Cadets and have some great burgers at Hopdoddy Burger Bar, on Research Forest. Just mention you are there to support TWHS Air Force JROTC and show the flyer below. Thank you!
Head down to Market Street tomorrow to do some shopping at Kendra Scott from 4-6,then head across the street to Chipotle to eat from 4-8pm. You’ll be supporting TWHS Air Force JROTC Booster Club and our Cadets. You can also order online from both stores using the info in the flyers below. When buying in store please don’t forget to mention the Booster Club or show the flyer when paying. Thank you for supporting us.
Instead of cooking tomorow night, grab some delicious food from Crust- Alden Bridge and support our Booster Club at the same time. Don’t forget to mention TWHS Air Force JROTC when ordering/paying! Thank you.
Junior Parents: If you don’t know the information about Wednesday’s field trip I will list it for you. Your student has been given all the following information in class. Since I know personally I had to ask for the information from several sources I have compiled it all for you.
What to wear: Blue Regular Uniform with the flight cap. No berets.
Time: Arrive at school by 6:20 am and should return around 5:30 pm. Just in time for you to run over to Kendra Scott for some Christians gift shopping and Chipotle for dinner.
What to bring: They will need money for items purchased at Buccees and lunch is on them on the Texas State campus. TXST is a cashless campus so they will need some form of electronic payment, credit, debit, or prepaid card.
Eligibility: Students needed to be passing all classes as of last weeks progress reports.
Iteanrry: They will make the obligingly stop at Buccees then head to San Marcos. They will visit the university campus and the TXST ROTC program.
Side note for what it is worth: I have two older children that have both attended college in Texas. The oldest went to Sam Houston, which is where I graduated from and the other went to and is graduating from TXST in December. Hands down, TXST is my favorite as a parent and for the experiences of my children. Even thought SHSU does have a better tailgate program! If you are interested in why, just ask and I’ll tell you.
See you all tonight at the Booster Club Meeting in the ROTC classroom at 7:00 pm.
