❄️ Olaf’s Snow Play – Inspired by Frozen, children enjoyed cool, snowy fun just like Olaf dreaming of summer! ⛄️

🎉 Bubble Blaster Dance Party – Dancing, laughing, and popping bubbles to celebrate the joy and music of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse style fun and Disney Junior party energy!

🏴‍☠️ Pirate Splash Pads – Adventure seekers set sail with Jake and the Never Land Pirates, splashing, exploring, and living their best pirate life on the high seas! 🏝️

It was a day filled with imagination, laughter, and pure Disney magic from start to finish. 🌟💙

We are absolutely loving the Space Unit in Treetop Friends! Our little astronauts have been busy exploring the wonders of outer space through hands-on learning and creativity. 🌟🪐

From planet painting and creating our own solar systems to discovering which planets are hotter and learning fascinating space facts, every day has been an adventure among the stars! 🌎☀️🛸

There’s something magical about watching children explore, ask questions, and let their imaginations soar beyond the clouds. We are having so much fun learning about the incredible universe around us! ✨🚀

Meet Mitzy, our amazing Campus Director!

Mitzy is passionate about creating a loving, engaging environment where children feel safe to learn, grow, and be themselves. As a mom to a daughter and soon-to-be mom of two, she understands firsthand the importance of finding a school community that feels like an extension of family.

One thing you'll often hear Mitzy say is:
"Communication and kindness go a long way—we're all a team when it comes to supporting children!"

What Mitzy loves most about early childhood education is watching children grow more confident every day and experiencing all of the little milestones and "lightbulb moments" right alongside them. Those moments are what make this work so meaningful.

Her leadership style combines organization and structure with humor and positivity. She believes that work can be both productive and fun, and she strives to create an environment where her team feels supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Fun fact: Mitzy grew up in the Netherlands!

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going on walks, watching movies together, and preparing to welcome her baby boy this July.

If her team had to describe her in one word, they would choose: Supportive.

What a totally awesome morning we had together as a team at our Quarterly Training! 🦋✨

With a fun 2000s theme, we spent the morning learning, growing, and connecting through breakout sessions, team-building games, and celebrating our amazing team with awards. 🏆💙

One of the best parts was simply being together. We are so thankful for the opportunity to invest in our team as we continue learning how to best serve our families, children, and community. Because when we grow together, we can provide an even better experience for the families who trust us each day. ✨

We had an absolute blast celebrating our first Splash Day of the summer! From water fun and big smiles to lots of laughter and happy memories, it was the perfect way to end a week full of summer spirit. 🌈😎

Thank you to all of our friends and families for helping make Spirit Week so much fun. If this week is any indication, we're in for an AMAZING summer filled with adventure, friendship, and plenty of splashes! 💙🌴

Today was Summer Gear Day, and our friends came ready for sunshine in their favorite summer outfits, hats, sunglasses, and beach-ready gear! 🌴🕶️☀️

Even though the weather had other plans, we didn't let the rain dampen our summer spirit. The excitement is building as we get closer to all the summer adventures ahead — especially our first Splash Day! 💦🎉

🐆🌴 It’s going to be a WILD summer! 🌴🐆

Today’s Summer Spirit Week theme was Wild Animal Print Day, and our friends and teachers brought their fiercest fashion! From leopard spots to zebra stripes, Brighton Academy was looking extra wild today. 🦓🐅✨

The excitement is building as we get closer and closer to our first Splash Day of the summer! 💦☀️ We can hardly wait for all the water fun, laughter, and memories ahead.

Meet Gladys, one of our incredible Campus Directors!

With 17 years of experience as a Preschool Director, Gladys has dedicated her career to supporting children, families, and educators. She is a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and proud grandmother to three precious grandsons, and she brings that same sense of family and care into everything she does at Brighton Academy.

What Gladys loves most about early childhood education is being part of children's lives and watching them grow into their full potential academically and socially. She believes every child is capable of great things and is passionate about helping them reach those milestones.

One message you'll often hear from Gladys is:
"I believe in you! You can do it!"

Her leadership style is rooted in determination and positivity. She works hard to create an encouraging team environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Her favorite reminder comes from Philippians 4:13:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Outside of work, Gladys loves adventure. Whether she's traveling with family and friends, exploring on land or sea, or riding ATVs with her husband and grandchildren, she's always ready for the next memory-making experience.
