To each and every one of our riders at Cyclebar Woodlands,
First, our team would like to say thank you all for your continued support and help in creating such an amazing community throughout the years. We would not be where we are without you.

As some may be aware, we were acquired by MD Professional Holdings, LLC, on September 1, 2023 along with 60+ other studios around the country. Since their acquisition, MD Professional Holdings has failed to pay or accurately pay their employees. MD Pro and their owner, Mitch Brown, have been unreachable and communications to our team have been limited. Along with many other studios, we consistently reach out via email and text message and receive no response. We have also contacted Xponential Fitness but because we are not owned by them, they are unable to help us during this unforeseeable time.

We have tried to remain open for as long as possible so we can still support our local community as much as we can. It has unfortunately come to the point where we do not have the staffing to remain open or the funding to remain operational until the payroll situation has been sorted out. This has been a heartbreaking decision to come to, and we wish it never had to be. We are hoping this stage is only temporary.

Our team is heartbroken and we do not want this to be the last chapter of CycleBar Woodlands. We feel like a family and our community for us is too. Is Although the future is unknown, we hope to see you all soon.
