So thankful. This one has been a behind the scenes roller coaster. If you have recently requested services and got denial, you can re-apply through the website. As with all other insurance companies, not every individual plan is covered so please check through the correct avenue on the site before assuming you will have coverage! At the moment, this applies to office visits with Kellye, as soon as Jess gets the green light, we will update here! Happy day!

We love being a part of your growing families! Sometimes how different the next baby is can make us feel like we are doing it all over again for the first time. We can question ourselves as mothers… ‘why don’t I know how to handle this already’ can ruminate in our brains. Your first journey taught you so much, laid a foundation, grew you in unimaginable ways! And the second journey promises to bring new growth & moments of new wisdom. We love being a safe space to process every new baby…the complexities, differences, and opportunities to learn how you fit together is our fav 💛!

WHAT IF you spoke to yourself like you would speak to your daughter in her first season of motherhood. FULL STOP. I’ve had this very present thought in my head over the last week. It surfaced during 2 separate visits with 2 of the bravest moms I’ve ever had on my couch. I held one of their faces in my hands and said…if your girl was carrying the things you are carrying what would you tell her? SAY THAT TO YOURSELF. Keep going. Don’t give up. You are so loved. I am so proud of you. Showing up is worth it. You can do the hardest things. This is not your whole story. This is just one chapter. I am by your side. Hope has a Name. On Mothers Day…whether you are a mother, lost a mother, want to be a mother, or carry a burden that a mother carries…I hope you will take a moment today, look in the mirror and remind yourself of how incredible you are. We are proud of you for showing up, loving yourselves and your families with a fierce love. Speak kindness over yourselves and celebrate every page of your story!! We love you. SO MUCH!!!! 🤍🌼🌼🤍

What I wish every parent knew 🤍

Today I sat down with Kellye Skaer of Milk & Mom, and her message is one every parent deserves to hear:

Breastfeeding is guided by an intuitive system—both for mom and baby. It’s not just about feeding… it’s the very first place your baby learns trust, safety, and connection.

And while it’s natural, that doesn’t mean it’s always easy.

If breastfeeding isn’t feeling functional or something seems off, get curious. You deserve support in finding it. Don’t hesitate to talk with your provider and ask questions.

You and your baby were designed for this, but you were never meant to figure it out alone. 🤍

Practice makes perfect! Breastfeeding IS natural but that doesn’t mean it’s EASY! I’m here to help you prepare and learn.

This side lying position can be SO helpful in those early days. It’s one of the best ways for mom to get some rest and recovery in the early postpartum days and beyond! It can seem a little intimidating at first, but practicing it during our visits can get you and baby comfortable and confident.

From a prenatal visit, to an early postpartum visit, let me come to YOU, in the comfort of your home, in your pj’s, and your safest spaces. Home visit initials are 90 min and follow ups range from 30-60-90 depending on your needs. Offered Mondays & Thursdays!
