To protect other real estate professionals, here are some questions to ask Strategies, LLC. .net .net
Be sure to check your contract. Inspect what you expect. This is a legitimate company however expectations on the phone when I spoke to Anthony and what we received were two different things.
If you think you are getting pre-set listing appointments to meet sellers at their properties, then you need to verify that it says that on the contract. You might instead get “appointments” for you to call and set up a time to meet and close them on using your services(You could probably do this on Facebook or Google ads). If that’s what you’re expecting, then this is good.
Since the guaranteed set appointments promo are prorated, verify what constitutes a “set appointment”.
Do phone leads that set up an appointment and then cancel a few minutes later count as an appointment?
Do customers who refuse to meet with you when you call them back constitute as an appointment?
Do cancelled appointments by appointment setter count towards a set appointment?
If you don’t receive the guaranteed number appointments what is the process to get your refund and how does the “prorate” work? I’m still waiting on this answer.
Get the phone extensions for the founder and co-founder.
These are good questions to ask.
Where is their review button? It appears that they may work faster to remove bad reviews quicker than replying to emails about promises they failed to keep.
