Could Oklahoma have the next miracle? The Mississippi Miracle law anchored elementary instruction in the "science of reading" (explicit phonics, decoding, vocabulary, and fluency) rather than struggling "balanced literacy" methods and Mississippi jumped from near the bottom of national education rankings (ranking 49th in fourth-grade reading in 2013) into the top 10. Payne Education Center's mission is to train teachers in the Science of Reading!

Show your support by purchasing your Premier Card for $60 to help scholarship Oklahoma Teachers! Premier Card begins Friday, October 23 through Sunday, November 1, 2026! You can get your card from local merchants or online at https://pci.jotform.com/form/262244530016143
