Be sure to add Etten’s Eden in The Plains to your tour route - a peaceful nursery setting just 2 miles south of Middleburg and adjacent to the Virginia Tech MARE Center, one of the featured tour destinations.

We make a lovely picnic layover between barn visits with shaded patio seating, koi ponds, waterfalls, seasonal flowers, herbs, vegetable plants, and a relaxing garden setting to recharge during the weekend.

We’ll also have complimentary bottled water and iced tea available for Stable Tour participants, along with a special 2-for-1 herb plant offer when you bring your tour ticket with you! 🌱

We were a late addition to the tour map, so our location pin may not display correctly - but we are open and would love to welcome visitors throughout the weekend.

We had so much fun designing this living moss bench filled with ferns, mosses, flowers, and whimsical woodland details for the Loudoun Market vendor area this weekend.

A blend of garden art, floral design, and imagination from Etten’s Eden.

Join us at Etten’s Eden for an inspiring afternoon focused on creating beautiful seasonal containers for spring and summer.

We are honored to welcome special guest speaker Heather Callahan, former Perennial Plant Manager at Merrifield Garden Center, bringing more than 30 years of horticultural knowledge, plant expertise, and garden design experience.

Heather will share professional container design tips, favorite plant combinations, ideas for sun and shade, and techniques for creating layered containers with lasting seasonal beauty using annuals and perennials.

Whether you are planting patio pots, porch urns, or garden containers, this workshop is designed to inspire gardeners of all experience levels.

Guests are welcome to bring photos of containers or garden spaces for inspiration and discussion.
