Forever thankful for my Unicorn Herd for their support with all things library, especially Book Fair! Huge shoutout to Coach Awesomeness for being a team player and dressing up as a unicorn with us!🦄🦄🦄🦄

Thank you parents for coming out last night and shopping the Book Fair! I loved seeing everyone enjoying the books and the costumes made it extra awesome.

The Book Fair is open the rest of the week, 7:15 - 2:45 daily!

Goal number 1: Be more active on social media this year so everyone can see the amazing things we have going on at Morningside!

Goal number 2: Unpack the SEVENTY boxes of books we just got from ! Thank goodness for a team of awesome librarians who are coming Tuesday to help with this goal!

I had so much fun at Field Day with my Kinder, Third and Fifth Grade groups! I hope all the kiddos had a fun day and left with great memories! Now for a nap 😴 😴😴

Oh, and if anyone has the group picture of the kindies, will you please post it?!

What an absolutely amazing afternoon and experience! Dav Pilkey, his team, Scholastic, Frisco Barnes and Noble and the LISD librarians put on an amazing event! Fifteen of our Mustangs won a writing contest which allowed them an up close and personal moment. I saw several other kiddos as well - more pictures later! My librarian heart is full ❤️
