🇺🇸 On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to freedom will never be forgotten. We also proudly remember and honor all those from Mount St. Michael Academy who have served, answering the call with strength, integrity, and faith.
May we carry forward their spirit of service, gratitude, and unity today and always.

Please join us in congratulating Mount St. Michael Academy Class of 2026 Valedictorian Fritzclarel Leveque ’26 and Salutatorian Drew Diaz ’26! 🎓

Both young men are proud 6-Year Mountaineers, beginning their journey at the Mount in 6th Grade through our Junior High School.

Fun Fact: Fritzclarel was also the Valedictorian of his 8th Grade Junior High graduating class! This fall, he will attend Cornell University to study Biological Sciences with a focus in Biochemistry. 🧬

Drew, also a graduate of our Junior High School, has made his mark as a standout two-sport athlete and Team Captain of both Mount Football and Mount Basketball. 🏈🏀 Recently awarded the Brother John P. Bantz at last nights Athlete of the Year Award, Drew plans to pursue a future in finance or civil engineering.

We are incredibly proud of these outstanding young men and all they have accomplished through faith, leadership, academics, and athletics. Once a Mountaineer, always a Mountaineer! 💙💛

What an incredible night celebrating our Mountaineer student-athletes at the Athletic Awards Dinner at the Mount! 🏆

From the field, to the court, to the lanes, our teams and their families came together to honor the hard work, dedication, leadership, and brotherhood that define Mount athletics. Our student-athletes, managers, and coaches continue to make us proud each and every day, truly exemplifying what it means to be a Mountaineer.

To our graduating seniors, we wish you nothing but success as you continue your journeys at colleges and universities across the country!

We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Coach Darnell Gatling for 20 years of dedicated service to Mount Track and Mount St. Michael Academy as a whole. Your impact on generations of student-athletes will never be forgotten, and you will always have a home at the Mount.
We are also proud to recognize Mr. Joe Moliterno ’64 as the very first recipient of the Friends of the Mount Award, honoring those who go above and beyond in support of our athletic program and student-athletes.
