Saturday was a bittersweet day. So many Barnabites came to our school to say their final good byes. Every decade from the 50's through the 2000's was represented! When my freshman ID picture was taken (over 50 years ago!) we never could have envisioned the day that SBHS would close for good. It is truly the end of an era.
May God bless all the SBHS alumnae, teachers, staff and their families.
UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE NO T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS OR WINE GLASSES LEFT. THEY ALL SOLD OUT VERY QUICKLY.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH - SATUTRDAY 9/21 - 11AM - 2PM
A number of you have requested a final walk-through at the school. I am happy to let you know that on Saturday, September 21st, the school doors will be open from 11am until 2pm for anyone who would like to come to SBHS for a final visit. This is intended to give you the opportunity to connect with fellow Barnabites, take a nostalgic walk through the school and take photos. We still have some alumnae merchandise and memorabilia that will be made available that day on a first come - first served basis.
Unfortunately we will not be in a position to host the Alumnae Luncheon, but wanted to give alumnae the opportunity for a final good-bye to our beloved school.
If you have any questions please contact Julie (Mulry) Kaen ’76 at [email protected] or Fran Dziuma at [email protected]

What can be more exciting than a graduation? A graduation during your centennial year! We had a beautiful Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation Ceremony this past Friday. It was wonderful to come together to celebrate the Class of 2024. The Mass was celebrated by Bishop Espaillat who gave a powerful and motivational homily. Our commencement speaker was SBHS alumna Judge Shkreli.

On Friday, May 17th, our Barnabites attended an assembly on health professionals. Dr. Amie John, class of 2009, currently working as an infectious disease fellow at Montefiore Hospital and retired Army public health nurse, Colonel Joan Davis, shared a plethora of information with our students. We thank them for their willingness to share their time and experiences with us!
